Crusty Blob Sinus Infection: Let's Get It Out!

A nasty bacterial infection was found in the left maxillary sinus. This poor soul had had multiple sinus surgeries, but at least the sinus was accessible for the Booger Bandit to do his job. The infection was cleaned out and remained clear after culture-directed antibiotics.
